Project Management

 
A project team will set up to follow a specify project. The team will keep track the project schedule from design phase to shipment. The project team will exchange product information to customers. An update schedule and report will be submitted to customer periodically.

Material Procurement

 
Our material team has a board range of supply chain network for domestic and worldwide sources. In our region, we are easier to source the raw material and components suppliers at competitive price. The suppliers will be audited and evaluated the factory standard by our QA department to ensure achieving our quality requirements. On the other hand, our supply chain network for the high-end component is also very strong. We have been building a very tighten relationship with big distributors in different regions to ensure having short lead time and multi-sources supply.

Contract Manufacturing

 
We are capable of handling different type of PCB assemblies: SMT, manual insert component, hybrid component assembly in lead or lead free processing. After the PCB assembly, we can apply the epoxy encapsulation or conformal coating on the electronic component PCBA. Full box built & system integration is the assembly of the electronic parts, plastic parts and metal parts together. A different type of testing will be conducted to ensure the final product quality i.e. burn in & functional diagnostic test etc.

Plastic Mold Making & Injection

 
We are able to make the plastic mold and inject the plastic parts. Our injection machines are from 80tons to 480 tons and from vertical to double insertion.

R & D For Electronic & automotive Products

 
  • Re review and design the product to lower the cost.
  • Provide software programming, electronic and mechanical design development
  • Define the product specification.
  • Provide quick prototype sample for plastic and metal parts.
  • Transfer the new design products to manufacturing process
  • Design testing automation system for product test.

Logistic & payment

 
After having a product produce, our shipment dept will arrange a swift rout to ship out the product to the destination country. Our last year export value for the OEM product is USD1.3 million to Japan, USA & Europe. Plus the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is engaged to facilitate the payment transaction.
