Under the ISO9001:2008 and TS16949:2009 quality system, we divide our quality control into 3 main sections in order to maintain a high quality products to customers:

Incoming material Inspection

 
All incoming material will be inspected by our IQC according to the AQL level II sampling plan. The inspection record will be kept for at least 2 years or upon customer request.

Production Process control

 
Our workmanship standard is based on the IPC-A- 610 compliant along with the statistical process control report. The data are very useful for our production analysis and also for management review the overall performance. One of important thing is every units can be traceable in the production.

Product validation program

 

It is value added service to our customers. Our laboratory can conduct the environment stress test, (fresh/ salt) water spray test, and drop test etc. We consider this is a very important stage to test a new product to market. After the testing, we understand how's the product survive under stress condition. Full dimensional layout, PPAP, FMEA analysis. Process Control document, environmental testing result, Material certification can be provided upon your request.
